TEST RESULTS
The Garrafeira Quinta das Camélias represents the testimony of the expression of the Terroir and the personality of Dão in a unique wine. Elaborated from the harmony of the Touriga-Nacional, Alfrocheiro and Tinta-Roriz varieties produced and vinified in our Quinta, this wine represents a milestone of the Dão’s enigmatic wines. It has a deep grenada color, a very complex and improved aroma, revealing notes of plum and ripe blackberry with light raisins, dried fruits and fine spices of cinnamon and cloves married to soft balsamic notes. It is demonstrated with well designed volume, very balanced and harmonious, with silky and firm tannins. Reveals high fineness and exquisite bouquet with long persistence. It should be consumed at 16º-18º to accompany dishes of red meats and strong cheeses.
