Cabeço de Mocho Grande Selección is the result of the excellent combination of Alfrocheiro, Jaen, Tinta Roriz and Touriga-Nacional varieties, produced and vinified at Quinta das Camélias. Features a deep ruby color with grená nuances. The aroma is very complex and delicate, showing mature notes of cherry and blackberry, harmonized with expressions of fresh vanilla and a slight nuance of cloves. In the mouth it is full and round, well muscled with the presence of educated tannins. Demonstrates finesse, exquisite bouquet and a long persistence. It should be served at 16 -18 º to accompany dishes of red meats and strong cheeses.
